Why I Created GLC: The Full Founding Story
If you're reading this, you're probably tired of the words "digital transformation", "automation", and "new platforms". Around you there's a sea of tools, integrations, and "must-have" trends. Inside you there's just one normal human wish: for things to simply work and stop eating your nerves and time.
Every month new services, programs, and AI tools appear. They all promise to "speed up", "simplify", and "optimize", but in practice they often add another layer of stress and another dose of guilt: "I'm falling behind this world again."
Starting something new is scary. It's unclear where to begin. It's scary to move away from familiar Excel, chats, and "that's how we've always done it", even when those familiar things are already burning hours of your life every day.
The world is changing, and right now it's more tangible than ever. But that doesn't mean you have to figure out this whole flow on your own.
That's exactly why I created GLC.
I've lived for years at the intersection of two worlds: the world of people and business, and the world of technology, processes, and architecture.
I see the same picture. Business grows. Sites, CRMs, spreadsheets, chats, and services appear. At some point it all turns into chaos held together by people, their memory, and heroics.
And at that moment "digital" stops inspiring and starts scaring. People feel guilty for "not understanding", are ashamed to show how things really work inside, and put off needed changes for another year because "now is not the time to sort all this out."
That feels unfair to me. A normal business shouldn't have to understand every new technology. That's what people like me are for.
I'm launching GLC as a calm, human space where you can come with your digital mess.
GLC is not "an agency that will sell you another ad or a fancy CRM". It's consulting and implementation where the main question is always: how do we make your work simpler and your business more resilient through smart use of digital tools?
What that means in practice:
I don't start with "let's install this software". I start with a conversation:
- how you work, how clients reach you, where you get tired, what falls between the cracks
Together we put everything in order:
- processes
- customer touchpoints
- roles in the team
Only then do we build the digital system around your real life, not around a slick presentation.
It's important to me to be for you not "another contractor" but that calm person you can write to when:
- the world has thrown another "must-have" trend or "revolutionary" service at you
- the platform everything depended on suddenly changed the rules
- the team is drowning in manual tasks
- you feel you've outgrown your systems
I want someone next to you who:
- isn't scared of complexity
- doesn't only speak in IT language
- can translate your tasks into the language of structures, processes, and technology and back
- can explain to the team in plain words what, why, and how works now
I love the moment when structure starts to emerge from chaos. When a business owner feels for the first time in a long time: "I understand what's going on. I see where clients come from. I know what's automated and what we do by hand on purpose. And I'm in control again."
That's the feeling I'm building GLC for.
I want digital to stop seeming scary, expensive, and "not for us". I want solutions to be honest:
- sometimes that's complex architecture
- and sometimes it's the opposite: simplification and cutting the unnecessary
I want you not to feel alone against a fast-changing world, but to know you can always come for clarity and strategy.
GLC for me is a growth lab for companies with a very down-to-earth task: to make your digital part of business calm, predictable, and understandable.
So that instead of "everything runs on a wing and a prayer and three different spreadsheets" you have: "We have a system that quietly does its job, and we finally focus on people, product, and ideas."
If you feel your business has outgrown "everything depends on me and a couple of people", if you want technology to work for you and not the other way around, GLC is that quiet place where you can show the whole mess without apologizing, put things in order, remove the unnecessary, and build a foundation for years ahead, even in a world that changes faster than we can get used to.
In a world where every month brings "another new tool", my job is to turn that noise into a system that quietly works for you every day, so you can work with people and ideas again, not with chaos.
