What GLC Does on Real Client Examples

Seven projects where we helped clients understand their situation, choose the right approach, and deliver.

Why we start with understanding

We do not start with a one-size-fits-all solution. We start by understanding the business: strengths, gaps, and quick wins. You see the full picture and priorities, then decide what to do first and build a roadmap, with our help on prioritisation.

When you're ready to implement, we already have the full picture. We either find the closest off-the-shelf fit or build something custom tailored to you, and then show the real numbers. In every case below, that clarity came first.

From clarity to outcome: seven real projects

Each example below covers the business context, why we chose that approach, the outcome, and supporting visuals.

What we found

  • Every route was sent to travellers individually, as a PDF, one message at a time.
  • Nothing was browsable or comparable: a traveller could not weigh options or judge difficulty without asking first.
  • Demand already existed: the manual handoff was what capped how many people the team could serve.

Why this solution

Discovery showed the bottleneck was not marketing but format: the routes were good, they were simply locked inside files. We digitised the whole catalogue into a configurable system, a website plus a mobile app with an admin panel, so every route carries its elevation profile, difficulty and language variants, and the team edits them without needing a developer.

Before

Routes lived in PDFs and were sent out one by one, by hand. Travellers had to write in and wait before they could tell whether a route suited them.

After

A multilingual site and mobile app where any traveller can browse routes, read elevation profiles, pick what fits and book: with analytics behind it and an admin panel the team runs themselves.

  • Manual PDF sending stopped: routes became self-service, and the time went back into the product.
  • Average booking value rose from roughly €100 to €180: a change the clients themselves prompted, saying the service felt worth more.
  • Built deliberately for group booking, which opened a corporate B2B channel that had not existed before.
